Training, professional experience and on-the-job training are the essential elements of the Future Leader Program designed for young high-potential graduates whose goal is to integrate university education with on-the-job experience, alongside colleagues and experts in different areas/business functions. The selected candidates will live a significant experience rotating in the various company functions and will be involved in international projects (possibility of experience even within our foreign branches).
