The exclusive "Cherry Orchard" residential complex offers the perfect blend of serene suburban living and the conveniences of urban infrastructure. Surrounded by 500 hectares of lush woodland, including the Setun River Valley Park, the Vorobyovy Gory Nature Reserve, Gorky Park, and Luzhniki Stadium, it provides a haven of tranquility within Moscow's vibrant cityscape.

The complex consists of eight residential buildings, part of an ambitious urban redevelopment project designed by the renowned British firm John McAslan + Partners. Located on the historic site of the Mosfilm film studios, in one of Moscow’s most prestigious neighborhoods, the development redefines modern luxury living.

With no nearby industries and favorable wind patterns, the area boasts excellent air quality. Residents enjoy the unique advantages of peaceful natural surroundings, excellent connectivity to the city center, and a neighborhood known for its prestige and serenity. The buildings themselves are self-sufficient and surrounded by expansive greenery, parks, and gardens. Each structure features distinctive designs, including innovative facades, panoramic balconies, spacious loggias, and bright atriums with ample natural light.

The initial phases of the project were carried out by Aidan Potter of John McAslan + Partners, following the studio's 2014 victory in an architectural competition to create the masterplan for this exceptional site. This milestone marked the culmination of over a decade of collaboration with their first Russian client, Alexei Blanin.

The third phase of the project was developed by Anton Khmelnitsky, architect and founder of AI Studio. According to Khmelnitsky, “Visually, the third phase of the Cherry Orchard complex is distinct from the earlier buildings, but continuity is maintained through the use of stone and metal in the facades. The architectural design integrates elements of the Mosfilm studio building, mid-20th-century architecture, a modern cinema and concert hall, and numerous parks. The façade’s bold grid pattern, with its rich colors, offers a striking yet harmonious addition to the overall complex.”

Attention to detail extends indoors as well. Bathrooms are equipped with STEP electric design radiators, known for their efficiency and comfort. Featuring Push & Round controls for easy temperature and scheduling adjustments, these radiators ensure energy savings while meeting eco-design standards and supporting circular economy principles.
