The property is located on the top floor of a building in the Viveros Gardens area of Valencia. The overall renovation project starts with a rectangular floor plan, with openings on both sides of the building façade to provide lighting and cross ventilation. The interior has been redesigned starting with the vertical communication elements. The building has two entrances, one of which is the main entrance with a lift. Here, a wooden structure with overhead lighting has been created to give greater prominence to the living area. The heart of the house is the living room, which has become a large space that connects all the other rooms around it. The project is based on the treatment of two completely independent areas: the living area and the sleeping area. The differentiation of these two areas stems from the need to have more privacy in one and less in the other. The living room gives access to the study on one side and the dining room on the other. The wooden core in the middle of the living room gives access to the sleeping area. The interior of the building is made to measure, with natural oak flooring chosen by the customer.

The choice of furniture was also personalised by the client, who chose shades of grey, black and white, colours that coexist in perfect harmony and give the space a unique and personal character. The kitchen is a fundamental element of the house, providing a balance between two neutral colours, black and white. The linear lighting gives the space a strong appeal, highlighting it and implicitly creating the feeling of a journey around the wooden island. In the bedroom and bathroom, the same grey and white tones are repeated with oak flooring.
