On Monday 13th June the 2024 SME Welfare Index report was presented at the Salone delle Fontane in Rome. During the event, sponsored by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies, the Welfare Champion companies were awarded.
IRSAP is Welfare Champion for the second consecutive year.
The SME Welfare Index is the first index that measures the level of employee welfare. The Index was created to stimulate cultural change and to promote a culture of employee welfare.
Recognising and showcasing successful company initiatives is fundamental to supporting SMEs with dedicated services and expertise.
