After more than 35 years of collaboration, in Emmerke (Hanover), in the last days IRSAP formalized the acquisition of the majority share of the firm BEMM GmbH, the company owned by the Müller family.
Since 1979 BEMM has become of the main actors in distribution and supply of heating radiators in the German market; its brand BEMM Qualitaets-Heizkörper, is recognized by all the sector operators and professionals for the high quality and reliability of its products.
Thanks to this strategic acquisition, IRSAP also gains a solid direct presence in Germany.
