A new cycle of the Irsap Mentor Programme has started. "Vision and Values" is the module that took place in 2024.
The Mentor Programme started in 2022 and aims to continuously facilitate the growth of our team members and support new recruits through the guidance of trained mentors.
The mentors are a group of Irsap staff who have voluntarily applied to be trained on a specific topic in order to train other colleagues on the same topic.
The programme is divided into 7 different modules:
1. Vision and values
2. Market and products
3. Organisation and key processes
4. Order management
5. Sustainability
6. Productive process
7. Plant visit
This year, a new module on "Lean Production" was introduced.
In the previous edition, more than 20 classrooms were organised for a total of 115 participants.
