The interiors of this apartment in an nZeb building in Terranuova Bracciolini have been optimised according to the client's needs, halving the dead zone of the corridor in favour of the living area and creating a large built-in wardrobe near the entrance that serves as a cloakroom. The living area has been left completely open, dividing the functional zones into three parallel areas: food preparation, dining and relaxation. The furniture has been simplified to maximise the space available. Two exposed brick walls have been painted black to match the black TESI 3 radiators. The brickwork, rusted iron, Corten steel, exposed concrete columns, old wood and burnt wood blend perfectly with the resin flooring to create a classic industrial loft characterised by rough surfaces, uneven colouring and materials with a raw soul.
