The renovation project for the villa, originally built in the 1970s, aimed to improve the functional distribution of spaces, enhance natural light and pay particular attention to details, while maintaining a harmonious balance between the original style and modern requirements.

The intervention involved a radical redesign of the living area, which was transformed into an open plan living space integrating the living room, dining room and kitchen. This new configuration encourages greater fluidity of movement and a sense of spaciousness. The sleeping area has been reorganised to provide greater privacy and comfort.

To make the most of natural light, large and panoramic windows have been installed to let in the daylight and create a bright and welcoming environment. The openings have been designed to frame views of the surrounding garden, creating a sense of continuity between inside and outside.

Attention to detail was fundamental to this project. High-quality materials were chosen, such as Italian herringbone parquet for the floors, natural stone for the bathrooms and tempered glass for the main doors. The tailor-made furniture, designed specifically for the villa, combines functionality and aesthetics, reflecting a contemporary style while respecting the original period of the building. The integrated lighting system, consisting of recessed spotlights, designer pendants and accent lighting, enhances the architectural features and focal points of the interior.
