Why is the upper part of the electric towel rail not as hot as the remaining part?
The electric towel rail is not completely filled with liquid (diathermic), but a gap is deliberately left to allow for thermal expansion. Therefore, on some models, the top may be slightly cooler than the rest of the radiator.
The electric radiator never turns off, it always heats up, even though the time zone setting is correct. How can I intervene?
This probably happens because the nighttime temperature setting is the same as the daytime temperature setting. The night mode of our radiator should have a lower temperature than the day mode.
Why does the electric heater switch on and heat up before the set time?
This is a "smart" function of the electronic control, which calculates the time it will take to bring the room up to the required temperature.
How can I distinguish a manual valve from a thermostatic valve?
To tell whether a valve is manual or thermostatizable, just unscrew the valve knob; if it has a piston that can be pushed in, it is definitely a thermostatizable valve.
