THE BIRTH OF AN IDEA
1962 …“ I have an idea” said the young Zen as soon as he caught up with his friend Rossi in front of the stationery shop. “an idea?” “yes, an idea. Why don't we build radiators?” “radiators? But I sell notebooks” explained Orazio. "Then I'll build them and you'll go and sell them" replied Livio. The two remained silent for a while to think. “Where do you start when making radiators?” Horace asked. "Ah, I don't know that," replied the other, and they burst out laughing. (from the company novel “four welded tubes”) Livio Zen and Orazio Rossi were both present at the exact moment the first radiator came to light. Printed by a press that the young Zen had waited for like a hopeful child waiting for a birthday present, those first products emerged from sheet metal beaten at twenty strokes per minute before the astonished eyes of a few workers who had never in their lives witnessed lots of technology. "And now what do we do?" said Orazio Rossi looking at those first radiators that were going to accumulate on the floor of the workshop. “Now you are going to sell them!” the young Zen answered him. …Orazio took a telephone directory and began to look for the names of all the plumbers, then, one by one, he went to find them and began to lay the foundations of something that looked like a small commercial network. (from the company novel "four welded tubes")

Installed in the corridor of the old offices, it has worked very well to this day.
TESI
TESI multicolumn radiator , produced in 1967, was installed in the old locker room of the mechanical workshop. The "hammered antique gold" paint is original. A MONOFLUX valve that we marketed in the 70s is mounted. Right multicolumn radiator in Gold finish. Produced to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Tesi and exhibited at Mostra Convegno Expocomfort in Milan in 2018.
SPARK WELDING MACHINE FOR MULTICOLUMN TESI HEADS
First glitter welding machine that went into production, entirely designed and built in Irsap in 1967. It worked until 1998 producing about 15,000,000 welded heads. After this first welder, 8 more were built and put into production lines. In 1998 they were all replaced with the next generation of scintillation welding machines, designed and built in-house that worked until 2008 when the new laser welding statins were installed.
INDUSTRIAL ROBOT
The ever increasing use of these machines has allowed the improvement of productivity, quality and safety. The first Robot was purchased in 1998.
