A 2017 full of news and driven by growth and innovation, from acquisitions in Great Britain and Germany to an important investment investment plan aimed at delivering excellence services and products. But the strategy is not limited to the heat sector, chaired by the group since 1963, is in fact a few hours ago the news of the signing of the partnership of the Friulian company RHOSS, controlled by the IRSAP Group, and the giant NIBE industrier AB that acquires the 45% of the shares.
For the Italian company are merging new opportunities for development and growth in the five continents led by the various companies of the Swedish group.
NIBE also has an option to acquire the remaining 55% of the shares in Rhoss. The company will be part of the NIBE Climate Solutions business area.
