RADIATORS AS A DECORATIVE ELEMENT

If you need to replace your old radiator, why not make your home more elegant, colorful, etc.?

Style and colour solutions for your home.

You have decided to undertake a complete restyle of your home and on this occasion also replace your old radiators, but you don't know where to start?

No problem! With a few small tips, choosing your new radiators will be easy, fun and you will be able to create the right harmony between all the furnishing elements in your home.

Harmony, in fact, is the key word, both in terms of color and style.

Radiators are no longer an exclusively functional element, but can become true decorative objects that you can focus on to best express your style and personality.

First of all, consider the interior design style you want to create. Have you chosen a minimal and geometric style or are you more fascinated by soft and sinuous lines. Traditional or contemporary? Whatever your choice, there are radiators with suitable designs. Radiators with square, clean lines, round tubes with softer lines, flat tubes for a stronger, more dominant image, and multi-column designs reminiscent of the original cast-iron styles of the Victorian era.

You can also look for the same harmony of shapes in the bathroom, trying, for example, to match the line of your bathroom fixtures or faucets with that of the radiators: choose rounded pipes, for example, if you have chosen an oval-shaped tub, or sharper lines if you have opted for square-shaped faucets.

Or, if you fall in love with a shape, whether square or rounded, you might consider using it in every room of your home, simply by differentiating the radiator for the living and bathroom areas: vertically developed elements for the living area and the typical "ladder" of pipes for the bathroom.

Once you have identified the "line" that acts as a common thread to the style of your decor focus on the color! Here you are truly spoiled for choice: you can play with tone-on-tone to best unify and blend the radiator with its surroundings:

Or you can choose to match it with, for example, the kitchen, or the picture frames or simply recalling the color of some pieces of furniture.

The same concept applies to the bathroom environment, although here you can choose to look for a match not only with the furniture but also with the faucets or shower profile whether they are colored, chrome or satin:

Radiators are a key item in any room and now there is no reason to hide them behind covers or sofa’s. Make the most of them and make them part of your interior style:
